Mixed Martial Arts (MMA) training is available after the no-gi class.
Emphasis is placed on striking and cage techniques (mma submissions are taught during the previous hour).
Class will begin with a minimal warm-up (5min). Since the class is only 1 hour long, students are responsible for general fitness training on their own, or in other classes.
Additional training is available on a one-on-one basis for students interested in MMA competition.
