Young Guns

Young Guns is a Brazilian jiu-jitsu (BJJ) class for children aged 8-12 years old.

All classes include a warm-up, technical instruction, and games. Emphasis is placed on fitness, self-defense, judo, submissions, and wrestling.

Tournament competitions are available in Edmonton throughout the year for students if they desire.

Students should wear a t-shirt and shorts (with drawstring) to their first class. Students are then required to buy a club gi (uniform) within the first month.
